FEPD Circular No. 15: Enhancement of Exporter's Retention Quota for ICT Services

ICT service exporters are permitted to retain 70 percent of their repatriated export receipts in Exporter's Retention Quota accounts, an increase from the previous 60 percent limit applicable to other service exporters. This directive, effective immediately, modifies the retention quota specifically for the ICT sector while leaving other existing instructions unchanged.

To promote export of ICT services, it has now been decided that ICT related service exporters may retain 70 percent of their repatriated export receipts in ERQ accounts. 03.
