Dear Sir, Regarding the provision of New Product/New Market (Textile Sector) Expansion Assistance (hereinafter referred to as NP/NM Assistance).
With reference to the above subject, attention is drawn to Section 4(a) of FEPD Circular No. 21 dated November 09, 2010, and Serial No. (a) of the first paragraph of FEPD Circular No. 22 dated November 20, 2011, to all concerned.
It is informed that, pursuant to a government decision, the name of the Bangladesh Specialized Textile Mills and Powerloom Industries Association (BSTMPIA) will be included for the issuance of certification certificates for its member institutions under the relevant sections of the aforementioned circulars in the context of New Product/New Market Expansion Assistance in the textile sector.
The following instructions shall be effective for applications submitted from the date of issuance of this circular.
All other instructions contained in all FEPD Circulars/Circular Letters regarding the provision of cash incentives in the discussed sector shall remain unchanged as usual. You are requested to inform all concerned parties about this matter.
