Web site: www.bb.org.bd FE Circular No. 18 Date: October 3, 2011 All Authorized Dealers of Foreign Exchange in Bangladesh Dear Sirs, Jurisdiction of Bangladesh Bank, Rajshahi Office Attention of Authorized Dealers (ADs) is invited to Appendix 4 of the Guidelines for Foreign ExchangeTransactions-2009 (Vol-1). For administrative reason, it has been decided that with effect from November 1, 2011 ADs operating in the districts of Kushtia, Meherpur and Chuadanga will come under the jurisdiction of Bangladesh Bank, Rajshahi Office instead of Bangladesh Bank, Khulna Office. ADs operating in those districts are therefore, advised to submit Statements/Returns (that are/were due to be submitted to Khulna Office) of foreign exchange transactions to Bangladesh Bank, Rajshahi Office.
