Foreign Exchange Policy Department Bangladesh Bank Head Office Dhaka www.bb.org.bd FE Circular No. 33 Date: September 02, 2014 All Authorized Dealers of Foreign Exchange in Bangladesh Dear Sirs, Submission of returns to Bangladesh Bank Please refer to chapter 2 of Guidelines for Foreign Exchange Transactions (GFET), Vol-2 in terms of which Authorized Dealers (ADs) submit monthly returns to Foreign Exchange Operation Department at head office or relevant area office of Bangladesh Bank. 02. In order to bring about further ease in the routine reporting to Bangladesh Bank under the broad spectrum of foreign exchange liberalization, it has now been decided that ADs are no longer required to submit documents in support of outward remittances that have been approved earlier by Bangladesh Bank in terms of paragraph 1(i), chapter 5 of GFET, Vol-1. ADs shall quote approval numbers on TM Forms and submit the same with relevant schedules. Please bring the contents of this circular to the notice of all concerned. Yours faithfully, (Md.
