FEPD Circular No. 36: Cash incentive against export of other frozen fish in the year 2014-2015

Regarding: Cash incentive against export of 'other frozen fish' in the current fiscal year 2014-2015.

Reference is invited to FE Circular No. 28 issued on July 03, 2014, on the subject above.

  1. According to the government decision, a cash incentive at the rate of 5% (five percent) will be payable against the export of other frozen fish shipped during the period from July 01, 2014, to June 30, 2015.

  2. With regard to the receipt of cash incentive against the export of frozen shrimp and other fish, the ceiling/limit of FOB value per unit (pound) will be determined in light of the instructions issued in Circular No. FE(P) 291(Frozen Fish)/Policy/2003-661 dated June 03, 2003. All other applicable instructions in all FE Circulars/Circular Letters regarding the payment of cash incentive against the export of frozen shrimp and other fish, along with other instructions in the said Circular, will remain unchanged as before.
