The document prohibits the disbursement of cash incentives or export incentives against the supply or sale of goods in foreign currency from domestic institutions to enterprises located in specialized zones. This directive applies to all sectors, including the garment sector, and supersedes existing instructions regarding such incentives. The directive takes immediate effect, while other instructions in relevant Foreign Exchange Circulars remain unchanged.

Dear Sir,
Regarding the disbursement of cash incentives against the supply/sale of goods to enterprises located in specialized zones.
Attention is drawn to your existing instructions regarding cash incentives/export incentives for all sectors, including FE Circular No. 9 dated March 05, 2001; FE Circular No. 7 dated June 03, 2003, and others concerning the garment sector.
It is hereby informed that, in accordance with the government's decision, cash incentives/export incentives shall not be applicable against the supply/sale of goods in foreign currency from domestic institutions to enterprises located in specialized zones.
The above instruction No. 02 shall apply to all sectors regarding cash incentives/export incentives, including the garment sector. This directive shall take effect immediately.
All other instructions in all FE Circulars/Circular Letters regarding cash incentives/export incentives shall remain unchanged.
All concerned parties are requested to be informed about this matter.
