Regarding the submission of applications for Export Subsidy/Cash Incentive.
With reference to the subject matter, you are hereby informed that, under the government's decision, considering the special circumstances of the COVID-19 situation, the following instructions shall apply specifically to the submission of applications for export subsidies/cash incentives for the 2019-20 fiscal year:
In cases where it was not possible to submit the application form within the prescribed time for exports under other arrangements, including advance repatriation of export proceeds, during the 2019-20 fiscal year, the application form may be submitted within 45 days from the date of issuance of this circular.
All other instructions contained in the aforementioned FE Circulars/Circular Letters regarding the provision of export subsidies/cash incentives shall remain unchanged. All concerned parties are requested to take note of this.
