Financial Regulatory Authority Board of Directors Resolution No. 13 for the Year 2022
The Financial Regulatory Authority issued Board of Directors Resolution No. 13 of 2022 to amend the rules governing private insurance fund investment portfolios under Resolution No. 99 of 2015. This resolution removes the mandatory prior approval condition for contracts and their amendments, allowing them to take effect immediately upon execution. The amended rules are published on the Authority’s electronic website and in the Egyptian Gazette, becoming effective the day following publication.
