Amending Resolution No. 99 for the Year 2015 regarding the Rules and Regulations Governing the Management of Investment Portfolios of Private Insurance Funds

Having reviewed the Constitution;
and the Private Insurance Funds Law issued by Law No. (54) of 1975 and its Executive Regulations;
and the Capital Market Law issued by Law No. (95) of 1992 and its Executive Regulations;
and the Central Depository and Registration of Securities Law issued by Law No. (93) of 2000 and its Executive Regulations;
and Law No. (10) of 2009 regarding the regulation of supervision over non-banking financial markets and instruments;
and Presidential Resolution No. (192) of 2009 issuing the Basic Statute of the Financial Regulatory Authority;
and Board of Directors Resolution No. (39) of 2015 issuing the Egyptian Standards for Real Estate Appraisal;
and Board of Directors Resolution No. (99) of 2015 regarding the Rules and Regulations Governing the Management of Investment Portfolios of Private Insurance Funds;
and the approval of the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 23/1/2022;

Order

(First Case)

The phrase "The contract and its amendment shall not become effective until approval is obtained from the Authority" is deleted from Clause (c) of Paragraph (7) of Article Four of the aforementioned Board of Directors Resolution No. 99 for the Year 2015.

(Second Case)

This Resolution shall be published on the Authority's electronic website and in the Egyptian Gazette, and shall take effect from the day following its publication date.
