1. These Rules may be cited as the Financial Services (Consolidated Licensing and Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2026.
2. In these Rules – “principal Rules” means the Financial Services (Consolidated Licensing and Fees) Rules 2008.
3. The principal Rules are amended – (a) in rule 8, paragraph 3A, by deleting the words “US$ 25,000” and replacing them by the words “USD 26,800”; (b) by deleting the First Schedule and replacing it by the First Schedule to these Rules; (c) in the Second Schedule, by deleting – (i) Part I and replacing it by the Second Schedule to these Rules; (ii) Part III and replacing it by the Third Schedule to these Rules.
4. These Rules shall come into operation on 1 July 2026. Made by the Financial Services Commission on 29 June 2026.
