Crypto-asset service provider applicants, including Category A and Category B entities, must submit Annex AX05 (Digital Operational Resilience Assessment) and Annex AX50 (ICT Third-Party Provider Assessment) in addition to documentation outlined in the December 10, 2024 circular. These forms are available for download from the MFSA website under the Crypto-Asset Service Provider section. The Authority will publish further updates regarding the Markets in Crypto-Assets framework on its website.

By way of this circular, the Authority wishes to inform all Applicants for authorisation as a crypto-asset service provider (‘CASP’), including both Category A and Category B entities, that they will be required to submit the below-listed forms in addition to the documentation outlined in the Annex to the Circular of 10 December 2024:
