General Provisions Designating the Days in 2016 for the Closure of Retirement Fund Administrators and Related Entities

The National Commission for the Retirement Savings System designates specific holidays in 2016 on which retirement fund administrators, similar public institutions, specialized investment societies, and the National SAR Database operating company must suspend operations. The Commission itself also suspends operations on additional dates, including May 5 and November 2. These designated days are considered non-working days for the filing and resolution of administrative appeals and for calculating information submission deadlines. The Commission retains the authority to order closures on other days, permit operations for inspection purposes, or authorize additional closure days upon request.
