GENERAL STANDARD NO. 575 September 8, 2026
This Commission, using the powers conferred by Article 5, numeral 1, and Article 20, numeral 3 of Decree-Law No. 3.538; Article 11 of Law No. 20.009; and as agreed by the Commission Council in Ordinary Session No. 512 of September 3, 2026, has deemed it appropriate to issue the following instructions:
The phrase “and must be submitted to this Commission no later than January 30 and July 31 of each year” is deleted from section number 1. Guidelines for Semi-Annual Publication on the website of General Standard No. 539 of 2025.
VALIDITY This regulation enters into force as of this date.
