General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution No. 102-2026-SMV/10.2
This resolution orders the exclusion of the mutual investment fund in securities “IF 40 Custodia Dólares FMIV” from the Public Registry of the Securities Market. This action is taken following the expiration of the fund's term, as stipulated by Articles 181 and 183 of the Regulations for Mutual Funds and their Management Companies. Interfondos S.A. Fund Management Company had submitted a custodian letter requesting this exclusion. The resolution also mandates its dissemination on the Superintendence of the Securities Market's portal and transcription to Interfondos S.A. and Banco Internacional del Perú S.A.A.

Fund Management Company; WHEREAS: That, the mutual investment fund in securities named “IF 40 Custodia Dólares FMIV” was registered by General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution N° 070-2024-SMV/10.2 on May 27, 2024, as part of the mutual fund program named “Second Custody Dollars Mutual Fund Program” in the Public Registry of the Securities Market (hereinafter, REGISTRY); That, Article 183 of the Regulations for Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Management Companies, approved by CONASEV Resolution Nº 068-2010-EF-94.01.1 and its amendments (hereinafter, REGULATIONS), establishes that exclusion from the REGISTRY shall proceed in the cases of Article 181 of the REGULATIONS, one of which is the expiration of the fund's term as established in literal c)1; That, Interfondos S.A. Fund Management Company submitted the custodian letter for the exclusion of the aforementioned fund from the REGISTRY; That, compliance with Articles 181 and 183 of the REGULATIONS has been verified. Consequently, the exclusion of the aforementioned mutual fund due to term expiration is appropriate; and, In accordance with the provisions of Article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Superintendence of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree Nº 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendence of the Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv). Article 3.- Transcribe this resolution to Interfondos S.A. Fund Management Company and to Banco Internacional del Perú S.A.A., in its capacity as custodian. Register, communicate and publish.
