The General Intendant of Supervision of Entities

HAVING SEEN:

File 2026029521, submitted by BBVA Asset Management S.A. SAF;

CONSIDERING:

That the mutual investment fund in securities named "BBVA Súper Dólares 20 FMIV" was registered via file No. 2024034808 on August 13, 2024, as part of the mutual fund program named "BBVA Súper Dólares Mutual Fund Program" in the Public Registry of the Securities Market (hereinafter, REGISTRY);

That Article 183 of the Regulations for Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Managing Companies, approved by CONASEV Resolution No. 068-2010-EF-94.01.1 and its modifications (hereinafter, REGULATIONS), establishes that exclusion from the REGISTRY shall proceed in the circumstances set forth in Article 181 of the REGULATIONS, one of which is the expiration of the fund's duration term as established in item c)1;

That BBVA Asset Management S.A. SAF submitted the custodian letter for the exclusion of the aforementioned fund from the REGISTRY;

That compliance with Articles 181 and 183 of the REGULATIONS has been verified. Consequently, the exclusion of the aforementioned mutual fund due to the expiration of its term is required; and,

In accordance with Article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Superintendence of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its modifications;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- Order the exclusion of the mutual investment fund in securities named "BBVA Súper Dólares 20 FMIV" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendence of the Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 3.- Transmit this resolution to BBVA Asset Management S.A. SAF and to Banco BBVA Perú, in its capacity as custodian.
