HAVING SEEN:

File 2026030148, presented by Scotia Fondos Mutual Fund Administrator Company S.A.;

CONSIDERING:

That the mutual investment fund in securities named "SF Renta Dólares 6M 29 FMIV" was registered via file No. 2025045784 on October 21, 2025, as part of the mutual fund program named "Program of Dollar Income Mutual Funds IV" in the Public Registry of the Securities Market (hereinafter, REGISTRY);

That Article 183 of the Regulations on Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrator Companies, approved by CONASEV Resolution No. 068-2010-EF-94.01.1 and its amendments (hereinafter, REGULATIONS), establishes that exclusion from the REGISTRY shall proceed in the circumstances set forth in Article 181 of the REGULATIONS, one of which is the expiration of the fund's duration term as established in subsection c)1;

That Scotia Fondos Mutual Fund Administrator Company S.A. presented the custodian letter for the exclusion of the aforementioned fund from the REGISTRY;

That compliance with Articles 181 and 183 of the REGULATIONS has been verified. Consequently, the exclusion of the aforementioned mutual fund due to expiration of the term is required; and,

In accordance with Article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- Order the exclusion of the mutual investment fund in securities named "SF Renta Dólares 6M 29 FMIV" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 3.- Transmit this resolution to Scotia Fondos Mutual Fund Administrator Company S.A. and to Scotiabank Peru S.A.A., in its capacity as custodian.
