Resolution authorities must disclose a summary of resolution plans to Central Counterparties (CCPs) using the template in Annex A, covering default and non-default scenarios and key plan elements. The summary must inform the CCP of resolution strategies, planned actions, and information requirements while remaining succinct and proportionate to the CCP's specific risk profile. Resolution authorities are required to notify ESMA of their compliance status within two months of the Guidelines' publication.
