Guidelines on written agreements between members of CCP colleges
Competent authorities must incorporate a standard written agreement into the establishment and functioning of CCP colleges, replacing previous guidelines. The Chairing Authority is required to establish the college within 30 calendar days of a complete application and distribute the agreement for signature within seven days. College Members must return signed copies within 12 calendar days, and the Chairing Authority must agree to non-departing agreements within 12 calendar days of receipt. The guidelines apply from 01/07/2021 and mandate specific notification procedures for compliance or non-compliance with ESMA.
