De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) will not require investment firms to disclose their Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) results or Supervisory Review and Evaluation Process (SREP) results under Article 50(b) of the IFR. Answer:
In view of the aim of the supervisory discretion of Article 50, under b, of the IFR and the possible side-effects of its application, we do not intend to require investment firms to disclose their ICAAP and SREP results. We retain the power to require the disclosure of ICAAP and SREP results in specific cases.
