Instruction No. 2022-I-22 of 9 December 2022 amending Instruction No. 2013-I-13 of 12 November 2013 regarding exemption declaration forms for credit institutions, electronic money institutions, and payment institutions
The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority issued Instruction No. 2022-I-22 on 9 December 2022 to amend the regulatory framework governing exemption declarations for payment and electronic money services. This instruction specifically replaces Annexes 2 and 3 of the original Instruction No. 2013-I-13 with updated versions contained in the current document. The amendments entered into force the day following their publication in the Authority's Official Register.

Instruction No. 2022-I-22 amending Instruction No. 2013-I-13 of 12 November 2013 regarding the forms for declaration of exemption from authorization of credit institutions for the provision of payment banking services, declaration of exemption from authorization of electronic money institutions for the issuance and management of electronic money, and declaration of exemption from authorization of payment institutions for the provision of payment services modified by Instructions No. 2018-I-01 and No. 2018-I-02 of 21 February 2018, by Instruction No. 2019-I-17 of 23 April 2019
The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority, Having regard to the Monetary and Financial Code; Having regard to Instruction No. 2013-I-13 of 12 November 2013 regarding the forms for declaration of exemption from authorization of credit institutions for the provision of payment banking services, declaration of exemption from authorization of electronic money institutions for the issuance and management of electronic money, and declaration of exemption from authorization of payment institutions for the provision of payment services; Having regard to the opinion of the Prudential Affairs Advisory Commission of 29 November 2022, DECIDES
Article 1: Annexes 2 and 3 of Instruction No. 2013-I-03 are replaced by the annexes of this Instruction.
Article 2: This Instruction shall enter into force the day following its publication in the Official Register of the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority.
