Interim Order Re: MDollaz Ltd. (Trading As ArawakX)

MDollaz Ltd. (trading as ArawakX) is restrained from trading securities, soliciting crowdfunding activity, promoting trading or the platform, handling client assets, or raising additional capital until October 13, 2023. The order prohibits facilitating any activity on the ArawakX platform for or by any person, including new or existing clients, investors, or project initiators. These restrictions apply to the Respondent under an interim order issued by the Supreme Court of The Bahamas upon application by the Securities Commission of The Bahamas.

Before His Lordship The Honorable Chief Justice Sir. Ian Winder, a Justice of the Supreme Court of The Bahamas, inter partes hearing

Dated the 15th day of September, A.D., 2023

UPON THE APPLICATION of The Securities Commission of The Bahamas by Ex Parte Summons filed herein on the 15th day of September, 2023 (heard Inter Partes)

AND UPON HEARING Mr. Michael R. Scott, K.C., along with Ms. Marnique Knowles, Mr. Gawaine Ward and Ms. Aramantha Hepburn, for the Applicant and Mr. Kahlil D. Parker KC with Roberta W. Quant and Lesley A. Brown for the Respondent.

AND UPON READING the Affidavit of Christina R. Rolle filed herein on the 15th day of September, 2023

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT that the Respondent be and is hereby restrained and prohibited from:

i) Trading in all securities and/or soliciting of crowdfunding activity via the platform operating as Arawak X;

ii) Promoting trading in any securities generally; and

iii) In any way facilitating any activity on the Arawak X platform for or by any person and/or soliciting any new funds from any person, including new or existing clients or


investors in MDollaz, any issues, project initiators and/or promotors of crowdfund offerings as well as new investors in crowdfund offerings;

iv) In any way handling or dealing with money or assets presently held on account of or to the order of existing clients of MDollaz Ltd or Arawak X.

v) Promoting MDollaz and/or the platform ArawakX in any way whatsoever; and

vi) Seeking to raise additional capital and/or investment in MDollaz from Members of the public, including accredited/professional investors.

Until after Friday the 13th day of October A.D. 2023, or further order in the meantime.
