The Securities Commission of The Bahamas informs licensees and registrants that the UN Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 2374 amended three entries on its Mali Sanctions List on 5 October 2022. The amendments affect individuals MLi.006 (Mahri Sidi Amar Ben Daha), MLi.007 (Mohamed Ben Ahmed Mahri), and MLi.008 (Mohamed Ould Mataly), who are subject to travel bans and asset freezes. Licensees and registrants are required to consult the specified UN Security Council websites to ensure continued compliance and accurate record-keeping regarding these sanctions.
