The Securities Commission of The Bahamas requires licensees and registrants to remove the entry for Amir Hamudi Hassan Al-Sa'di from their lists of United Nations designated entities and individuals. This removal follows the Security Council Committee's decision on 27 March 2023 to delist the individual from the Sanctions List of Individuals and Entities. Regulated entities must update their records accordingly and consult the UNSC website to ensure continued compliance with Security Council Resolutions.
