16 December 2025 Dear Licensee/Registrant: Re: International Obligations (Economic and Ancillary Measures) Act, Chapter 16 (IOEAMA): IRAQ Pursuant to section 3A of the International Obligations (Economic and Ancillary Measures) Act, (Ch. 16) (IOEAMA), licensees and registrants of the Securities Commission of The Bahamas (the Commission) are hereby informed that on 9 December 2025, the Security Council Committee established pursuant to Resolutions 1518 (2003) concerning Iraq, removed the entry specified in the United Nations press release attached hereto from its Sanctions List of Individuals and Entities.
