Dear Sir,

Regarding submission of data for the Integrated Supervision System.

Reference is drawn to your attention DBI-2 Circular No.-1 dated February 24, 2014; ISMC Circular Letter No.-1 dated February 25, 2015; this cell's letter no. ISMCEL/02/2015-187 dated May 28, 2015, and ISMCEL/02/2015-750 dated October 06, 2015.

2. In order to make the Integrated Supervision System of Bangladesh Bank more effective, certain information has been added to the attached ISS Form-1 and 2 mentioned above, and existing information has been rewritten to be easier to understand. In this context, all scheduled banks must correctly fill out and report the revised ISS Form 1 and 2 prepared in the corrected format to the Head Office and branches of Bangladesh Bank starting from January 2016.

3. Furthermore, all other previous instructions regarding ISS reporting shall remain unchanged.
