This circular amends previous instructions by removing the requirement for scheduled banks to submit hard and soft copies of training data to the department annually. However, it mandates that scheduled banks continue to maintain in-house training programs for their head office and branch staff in accordance with the attached Master Circular on ISS data submission. Banks must ensure these training activities are sustained under their own management systems.
