ISMD Circular Letter No. 4: Regarding Submission of Data to Integrated Supervision System (ISS)
The document amends the submission deadline for quarterly Credit Limit (CL) statements (Forms 1-5) from the 25th of the following month to the last day of the following month (or the next working day if the last day is a holiday). This requirement applies to all scheduled banks operating in Bangladesh for data submission to the Integrated Supervision System (ISS). All other instructions in ISMD Circular No. 1/2020 remain unchanged.

Regarding Submission of Data to Integrated Supervision System (ISS).
Reference is invited to ISMD Circular No. 1 issued on 07 September 2020 on the subject above.

Clause No. 2.1 of the said circular instructs banks to prepare quarterly Credit Limit (CL) statements (Forms 1 to 5) received from all branches in Excel format and submit soft copies to this department via CD/DVD by the 25th of the following month.

Now, the soft copy of the requested data must be submitted to this department via CD/DVD by the last day of the following month (if the last day is a holiday, by the next working day).

Other instructions contained in ISMD Circular No. 1/2020 shall remain unchanged.
These instructions shall be implemented immediately.
