Issuance of Proceed Realisation Certificate from OIMS for Deemed Exports
Authorized Dealers must issue Proceed Realisation Certificates for proceeds realized against deemed exports from the Online Import Monitoring System, effective 01 July, 2025. This instruction updates previous procedures by directing Authorized Dealers to follow the guidelines uploaded in the Documents> Other Documents/ Guidelines section of the Online Import Monitoring System. Authorized Dealers are required to notify their concerned clientele of these instructions.

Dear Sir,
Issuance of Proceed Realisation Certificate (PRC) from Online Import Monitoring System (OIMS) of Bangladesh Bank against Deemed Export.
Please refer to the instructions mentioned in paragraph 22, chapter 08 of the Guidelines for Foreign Exchange Transactions (GFET)-2018, Volume-1 regarding issuance of PRC for proceeds realised against direct and deemed export.

ADs are issuing PRC for proceeds realized against direct export from Online Export Monitoring System (OEMS) of Bangladesh Bank. Henceforth, ADs are instructed to issue PRC for proceeds realized against deemed export from Online Import Monitoring System (OIMS) of Bangladesh Bank following the procedures uploaded in Documents> Other Documents/ Guidelines section of OIMS.
