Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan On Approving the Economic Procedural Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan
The Law approves the Economic Procedural Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and mandates the Cabinet of Ministers to align government resolutions with the Code and review normative legal acts that contradict it. The Supreme Court, in conjunction with the General Prosecutor's Office, the Ministry of Justice, and other interested organizations, is tasked with ensuring the implementation, dissemination, and explanation of the Code. This Law entered into force on April 1, 2018.
