LIST of federal entities that failed to comply with the obligation provided for in Article 6

FERNANDO RENOIR BACA RIVERA, Head of the Unit for Coordination with Federal Entities of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, based on Articles 11 of the Internal Regulations of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit; Article 6, fourth paragraph of the Fiscal Coordination Law; and Number 9 of Agreement 02/2014, by which the Guidelines for the publication of the information referred to in Article 6 of the Fiscal Coordination Law are issued, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on February 14, 2014, issues the following:

LIST OF FEDERAL ENTITIES THAT FAILED TO COMPLY WITH THE OBLIGATION PROVIDED FOR IN ARTICLE 6 OF THE FISCAL COORDINATION LAW

The federal entities that failed to comply with the obligation provided for in Number 5, fraction I, subsection c), of the Guidelines, regarding publishing the delivery schedule, percentage, formulas and variables used, as well as the estimated amounts of federal participations that the federal entities will receive and of which they are obligated to participate with their municipalities, through Agreement, in the official dissemination organ of the federal entity, as well as through its official internet page no later than February 15 of the corresponding fiscal year, considering the following: Specifying the formulas used for the distribution of federal participations, with the nomenclature of each of the variables used, as well as the information used for their determination and, if applicable, the detailed description of the corresponding calculation procedure, are:

in the official dissemination organ of the government of the federal entity, as well

as through its official Internet page, no later than February 15 of the

corresponding fiscal year, considering the formulas used for the
