RELATION OF AUTHORIZED AND REGISTERED PENSION PLANS WITH THE NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR THE RETIREMENT SAVINGS SYSTEM

The President of the National Commission for the Retirement Savings System, based on the provisions of Articles 1, 2, 5, fractions I, II and XVI, 12, fractions I, II, VIII and XVI, 82 and 83 of the Law of the Retirement Savings Systems; 1 and 99 of the Regulations of the Law of the Retirement Savings Systems; 1 and 29 of the General Provisions applicable to pension plans, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on January 21, 2016, modified on June 13, 2016 and May 2, 2018, and 1, 2, fraction III and 8 of the Internal Regulations of the National Commission for the Retirement Savings System, publishes the Relation of Authorized and Registered Pension Plans that up to the date of issuance of this document, have been registered with the National Commission for the Retirement Savings System.

The Authorized and Registered Pension Plans that are registered after the date of issuance of this relation, will be made known to the public through the corresponding publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation and through the Internet page of the National Commission for the Retirement Savings System at the following address: http://www.gob.mx/consar
