LIST OF AUTHORIZED AND REGISTERED PENSION PLANS WITH THE NATIONAL

COMMISSION FOR THE RETIREMENT SAVINGS SYSTEM

The President of the National Commission for the Retirement Savings System, pursuant to the provisions of

Articles 1°, 2°, 5°, sections I, II and XVI, 12, sections I, II, VIII and XVI, 82 and 83 of the Law on

Retirement Savings Systems; 1° and 99 of the Regulations of the Law on Retirement Savings

Systems; 1 and 29 of the General Provisions applicable to pension plans, published in the

Official Gazette of the Federation on January 21, 2016, modified on June 13, 2016 and May 2,

2018, and 1, 2, section III and 8 of the Internal Regulations of the National Commission for the Retirement Savings

System, publishes the List of Authorized and Registered Pension Plans that to date, on the date of

issuance of this document, have been registered with the National Commission for the Retirement Savings System.

The Authorized and Registered Pension Plans that are registered after the date of

issuance of this list, will be made known to the public through the corresponding publication

in the Official Gazette of the Federation and through the Internet page of the National Commission for the

Retirement Savings System at the following address: http://www.gob.mx/consar
