The Turks and Caicos Islands Financial Services Commission issued a Lost Contact Notice to thirteen registered Designated Non-Financial Businesses and Professions after failing to serve them with regulatory notices under the Proceeds of Crime Act. The Commission warns that unresponsiveness will negatively impact future fitness and propriety assessments and determine whether current licenses remain valid. Affected entities must submit written justification by May 20, 2026, to prevent the automatic cancellation of their registrations on May 29, 2026.
