MAS Notice 613 on Minimum Liquid Assets dated 31 July 2008 is cancelled with effect from 1 July 2022. This cancellation applies to notices issued pursuant to section 38(1) of the Banking Act (Cap. 19) and affects banks.

1 This Notice is issued pursuant to section 38(1) of the Banking Act (Cap. 19). 2 MAS Notice 613 on “Minimum Liquid Assets” dated 31 July 2008 (last revised on 27 September 2021) is cancelled with effect from 1 July 2022.
