The strengthening of cooperative relations between large industrial enterprises and artisans solves the important problem of increasing family budget incomes, sharply reducing the number of unemployed population, and attracting their active part to production. At the same time, artisans are ensured the right to calculate work experience and assign pensions and social insurance benefits. Based on the provision of necessary raw materials and materials by industrial enterprises to artisans, the development of family contracting creates an opportunity for citizens to use time effectively, while also mastering the production of certain types of low-profitability and labor-intensive products at home, which, in turn, helps increase the efficiency of large enterprises. The provision, lease, and leasing of equipment that requires special technical safety compliance, cannot be controlled in home conditions, operates on high voltage, requires significant energy, is technically complex, as well as hazardous chemical compounds, to artisans, and their use in home conditions is prohibited.
