MODIFICATION to the General Provisions on Service to Users of Retirement Savings Systems

MODIFICATION TO THE GENERAL PROVISIONS ON SERVICE TO USERS OF RETIREMENT SAVINGS SYSTEMS

The President of the National Commission for the Retirement Savings System, based on the provisions of Articles 1, 2, 3, 5 fractions I, II, VII, XIV, XV and XVI, 12 fractions I, VI, VIII and XVI, 18, 18 bis, 25, 30, 36, 37, 37 A, 53, 58, 74, 74 bis, 74 ter, 89 90 fractions II and XIII, 91, 99, 111 and 113 of the Law of Retirement Savings Systems; 106 of the Law of the Institute of Security and Social Services for State Workers; 1, 2 fraction III and 8. first paragraph of the Internal Regulations of the National Commission for the Retirement Savings System, and

CONSIDERING

That on November 16, 2018, the General Provisions on Service to Users of Retirement Savings Systems were published in the Official Gazette of the Federation with the objective of regulating the minimum characteristics of Service that Retirement Fund Administrators must provide to Users in relation to the administration of their individual accounts;

That to facilitate Workers and Retirement Fund Administrators, the obligation of Retirement Fund Administrators to operate the User Attention Supervision System (SISAT) was included;

That to maintain adequate supervision, it was established that Administrators must update through SISAT every thirty days the incomplete service requests;

That to achieve compliance with the aforementioned obligation, the Commission must carry out various adjustments to the aforementioned SISAT, which will take more time than originally planned and it is imperative to modify the transitional regime thereof, therefore

has seen fit to issue the following:

MODIFICATION TO THE GENERAL PROVISIONS ON SERVICE TO USERS OF RETIREMENT SAVINGS SYSTEMS

SINGLE.- Article Single Transitional, fraction XXIV, of the General Provisions on Service to Users of Retirement Savings Systems, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on November 16, 2018, modified and added by publications in the same official dissemination organ on dates January 17, August 2, December 17, 2019, and April 13 2020, shall read as follows:

" ARTICLE SINGLE.- ...

I. to XXIII. ...

XXIV.

Chapter VI "On the User Attention Supervision System named SISAT", article 66, regarding the update in SISAT, shall enter into force once the Commission enables in SISAT the module that allows Administrators to carry out said update. The Commission will notify the Administrators of the date on which said module will be enabled. This is without prejudice to the fact that in the exercise of its powers, the Commission requires Administrators information on the incomplete requests in SISAT. "

TRANSITIONAL

FIRST.- These modifications shall enter into force on the day of their publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.

SECOND.- With the entry into force of these modifications, all those provisions that contravene these are repealed.
