The National Insurance and Sureties Commission modifies Annex 13.3.1 of the Sole Insurance and Sureties Circular to declare specific dates as non-working days for all legal purposes. The dates affected are December 21, 22, 23, 24, 28, 29, 30, and 31, 2020, and January 4 and 5, 2021, due to the staff vacation period. This circular enters into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.

MODIFYING CIRCULAR 12/20 OF THE SOLE INSURANCE AND SURETY CIRCULAR

The National Insurance and Sureties Commission, based on articles 366, fraction II, 372, fractions VI, XXXI, XLII and XLIII, 373 and 381 of the Law of Insurance and Surety Institutions, and
CONSIDERING
That in accordance with what is established in article 48 of the Internal Regulations of the National Insurance and Sureties Commission, the days on which the work of said Commission is suspended, or when its offices remain closed, after notice given by it, will be considered non-working days for all legal effects, except in the case of enabling days for the practice of inspection visits, in terms of the Law of Insurance and Surety Institutions and other applicable legal provisions.
That on account of the upcoming vacation period of the personnel of said Commission, the days on which it will suspend its work and its offices will remain closed are made known, considering such days as non-working days for all legal effects.
Therefore, the National Insurance and Sureties Commission has resolved to modify the Sole Insurance and Sureties Circular in the following terms:

SOLE.- Annex 13.3.1. of the Sole Insurance and Sureties Circular is modified.
TRANSITORY
SOLE.- This Modifying Circular will enter into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
The foregoing is made known to you, based on articles 366, fraction II, 372, fractions VI, XXXI, XLII and XLIII, 373 and 381 of the Law of Insurance and Surety Institutions.

DAYS THAT WILL BE CONSIDERED NON-WORKING DAYS FOR THE VACATION PERIOD
OF THE PERSONNEL OF THE
COMMISSION
On account of the vacation period of the Commission's personnel, the days 21, 22, 23, 24, 28, 29, 30, 31 of December 2020; and 4 and 5 of January 2021, will be considered non-working days for all legal effects that may apply.
