Modifying Circular 14/16 of the Single Insurance and Surety Circular

MODIFYING CIRCULAR 14/16 OF THE SINGLE INSURANCE AND SURETY CIRCULAR

(Provision 1.1.1. and "LIST OF DOCUMENTATION AND INFORMATION REFERRED TO IN THE SINGLE INSURANCE AND SURETY CIRCULAR TO WHICH ACCESS IS MADE THROUGH THE WEB PAGE OF THE NATIONAL INSURANCE AND SURETY COMMISSION")

The National Insurance and Surety Commission, based on the provisions of articles 366, fraction II, 372, fractions VI and XLII, 373, and 381 of the Law of Insurance and Surety Companies, and

CONSIDERING

That the "Decree establishing the National Single Window for Government Procedures and Information," published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on February 3, 2015, states that it is established as the digital contact point through the internet portal www.gob.mx, which will promote interoperability with the electronic systems of the dependencies and entities of the Federal Public Administration and state-owned enterprises.

That as part of the Federal Government's efforts to promote the necessary strategies to establish e-government policies and thus facilitate society's access to digital procedures and services provided by the dependencies and entities of the Federal Public Administration, the National Insurance and Surety Commission has conducted a review of the information located on its internet portal www.cnsf.gob.mx to verify its validity and usefulness for the sectors supervised by said Commission, resulting in the migration of such information to the internet portal www.gob.mx.

That in order to provide legal certainty to the entities and other persons supervised by the National Insurance and Surety Commission, it is necessary to update the references in the Single Insurance and Surety Circular to the internet portal www.cnsf.gob.mx to the corresponding reference to the internet portal www.gob.mx.

Therefore, the National Insurance and Surety Commission has resolved to issue the following modification to the Single Insurance and Surety Circular in the following terms:

Provision 1.1.1. of the Single Insurance and Surety Circular is modified to read as follows:
