MODIFYING CIRCULAR 18/21 OF THE SOLE INSURANCE AND SURETY CIRCULAR

(Provision 13.3.1. and Annex 13.3.1.)

The National Insurance and Sureties Commission, based on articles 366, fraction II, 367, fraction II, 372, fractions VI, XXXI, XLII and XLIII, 373 and 381 of the Law of Insurance and Surety Institutions, and

CONSIDERING

That in accordance with what is established in article 48 of the Internal Regulations of the National Insurance and Sureties Commission, the days on which the work of the Commission is suspended, or when its offices remain closed, with prior notice issued by it, will be considered non-working days for all legal effects, except in the case of authorization of days for the practice of inspection visits, in terms of the Law of Insurance and Surety Institutions and other applicable legal provisions.

That, on account of the upcoming vacation period of the staff of this Commission, the days on which it will suspend its work and its offices will remain closed are made known, considering such days as non-working days for all legal effects.

For the aforementioned reasons, the National Insurance and Sureties Commission has resolved to modify the Sole Insurance and Surety Circular in the following terms:

MODIFYING CIRCULAR 18/21 OF THE SOLE INSURANCE AND SURETY CIRCULAR

(Provision 13.3.1. and Annex 13.3.1.)

FIRST.- Chapter 13.3 of the Sole Insurance and Surety Circular is modified, to read as follows:

CHAPTER 13.3.

ON THE VACATION PERIOD OF THE COMMISSION'S STAFF

For the purposes of article 48 of the Internal Regulations of the Commission:

13.3.1.

On account of the vacation period of the Commission's staff, the days indicated in Annex 13.3.1. will be considered non-working days for all legal effects, except in the case of authorization of days for the practice of inspection visits.

SECOND.- Annex 13.3.1. of the Sole Insurance and Surety Circular is modified.

TRANSITORY

SINGLE.- This Modifying Circular shall enter into force the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.

The foregoing is made known to you, based on articles 366, fraction II, 372, fractions VI, XXXI, XLII and XLIII, 373 and 381 of the Law of Insurance and Surety Institutions.

ANNEX 13.3.1.

DAYS THAT WILL BE CONSIDERED NON-WORKING DUE TO THE COMMISSION'S STAFF VACATION PERIOD

It is informed that the 2021 vacation period for the Commission's staff will comprise from December 20 to December 31, 2021, resuming work on January 3, 2022. During said period, the deadlines established by applicable regulations will not run and will be considered non-working for the corresponding legal effects, except in the case of authorization of days for the practice of inspection visits.
