Modifying Circular 19/15 of the Single Insurance and Surety Circular
The National Insurance and Sureties Commission modifies Annex 34.1.21-a of the Single Insurance and Surety Circular to publish the list of foreign insurance and reinsurance entities registered in the General Register of Foreign Reinsurers for the 2016 fiscal year. This publication enables Mexican insurers and surety companies to enter into reinsurance or surety contracts with these foreign entities for risk cession. The modification also lists the Atomic Pools included in the register, specifying their member entities. The circular enters into force on January 1, 2016.
