NADRA (Application For National Identity Card) (Amendment) Regulations, 2002
This statutory notification amends the 2002 National Database and Registration Authority (Application for National Identity Card) Regulations to enact immediate regulatory changes. The amendment formally omits Regulation 13(1) from the original 2002 framework. These changes were issued by the Ministry of Interior under the authority granted by the National Database and Registration Authority Ordinance, 2000.

S. R. O. 194(I)/2023.—Further to amend the National Database and Registration Authority (Application for National Identity Card) Regulation, 2002.
WHEREAS it is expedient further to amend the National Database and Registration Authority (Application for National Identity Card) Regulations, 2002.
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 45 of National Database and Registration Authority Ordinance, 2000, the National Database and Registration Authority is pleased to amend National Database and Registration Authority (Application for National Identity Card) Regulations, 2002, as under:-
- Short title and commencement.—(1) This Regulation may be called the National Database and Registration Authority (Application for National Identity Card) (amendment) Regulations, 2002.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
- Amendment of Regulation 13 National Database and Registration Authority (Application for National Identity Card) Regulation, 2002.—In the National Database and Registration Authority (Application for National Identity Card) Regulation, 2002 Regulation 13(1) shall be omitted.
