New edition of code lists for reporting of external sector transactions by the authorized dealers
Authorized Dealers in Bangladesh must report external sector transactions carried out from July 2011 onward in accordance with the new 2011 edition of the Code Lists for Reporting of External Sector Transactions. The soft copy of these Code Lists is available on the Bangladesh Bank website, while physical copies can be obtained by submitting a written application to the General Manager, Foreign Exchange Policy Department, along with a payment of Tk 125.

Authorized Dealers (ADs) are advised to report the transactions carried out from July, 2011 onward in accordance with the new edition of the Code Lists. The soft copy of the Code Lists is available in Bangladesh Bank web site (www.bb.org.bd). ADs may collect the copy of the book on payment of Tk 125/- (Taka one hundred twenty five) together with a written application addressed to the General Manager, Foreign Exchange Policy Department, Bangladesh Bank, Head Office, Dhaka.
