New Registration as a Crypto Asset Service Provider (CASP)
The regulatory authority has authorized Smart Valor AG, based in Vaduz, as a provider of crypto-asset services effective July 1, 2026. This authorization is granted pursuant to Article 63 of the EU Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR). The approved services include safekeeping and management of crypto-assets, operation of a trading platform, exchanging crypto-assets for money or other crypto-assets, and providing related transfer services.

Smart Valor AG, Vaduz (FL-0002.596.088-9), has been authorized since July 1, 2026, as a provider of crypto-asset services (CASP) pursuant to Art. 63 of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 of May 31, 2023, on Markets in Crypto-Assets ( MiCAR ). The authorization was granted for the following crypto-asset services:
the safekeeping and management of crypto-assets for clients,
the operation of a trading platform for crypto-assets
exchanging crypto-assets for a sum of money,
exchanging crypto-assets for other crypto-assets, and
the provision of transfer services related to crypto assets.
