The Palestine Monetary Authority issued Circular No. (3/2025) instructing all banks operating in Palestine to unfreeze all existing accounts and facilitate the opening of new bank accounts for the Mid Global Foreign Charity Association branch (Registration No. QR-0301-F). This directive implements a formal request from the Ministry of Interior's General Administration of Non-Governmental Organizations and Public Affairs to lift the account freeze. Banks must execute these measures immediately and formally notify the association's representatives of the completion.
