Norma on Deadline for Publication of Annual Report of Banco Produzcamos
Banco Produzcamos is required to publish its Annual Report and Annexes on its website immediately after submitting them to the President of the Republic and the National Assembly. This resolution takes effect upon notification, regardless of subsequent publication in the Official Gazette. The requirement applies specifically to Banco Produzcamos under the authority granted by Article 37 of Decree 57-2009.

CONSIDERING
SINGLE
That Article 37 of Decree 57-2009, Regulations of the Bank for the Promotion of Production (Produzcamos or Banco Produzcamos), published in La Gaceta, Official Gazette No. 144, of August 3, 2009, authorizes the Superintendence of Banks and Other Financial Institutions to establish the deadline for the Bank to publish its Annual Report together with its Annexes.
In exercise of its powers,
RESOLVES
CD-SIBOIF-623-4-ABR14-2010
First: Banco Produzcamos must publish its Annual Report together with its Annexes on its Web page, immediately after having submitted it to the President of the Republic and the National Assembly.
Second: This resolution shall enter into force upon its notification, without prejudice to its subsequent publication in La Gaceta, Official Gazette.
