Notice 1015 Minimum Liquid Assets and Liquidity Coverage Ratio
The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) Notice 1015 applies to all merchant banks in Singapore. It sets out the minimum liquid assets (MLA) requirements and the liquidity coverage ratio (LCR) requirements that these banks must comply with. This notice is issued pursuant to sections 55ZG(1) and 65A(2) of the Banking Act 1970.
