Notice 1015 Minimum Liquid Assets and Liquidity Coverage Ratio

This notice applies to all merchant banks in Singapore.

It sets out the minimum liquid assets (MLA) requirements and the liquidity coverage ratio (LCR) requirements that a merchant bank has to comply with.
