Notice 113 Securities Borrowing and Lending Activities

The Monetary Authority of Singapore issued Notice 113 to mandate prudent conduct of securities borrowing and lending activities by all licensed insurers. The regulation requires insurers to implement sound controls and maintain complete records of such transactions. This notice supersedes the previous version dated August 2005 which was cancelled effective August 31, 2011.
