Notice: Dismissal of Ci Fund Services AG

The Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority (FMA) issued an interim order on June 26, 2026, to immediately remove Ci Fund Services AG as the liquidator of the DAMC Funds. To safeguard investor interests, the FMA appointed Batliner Wanger Batliner Rechtsanwälte AG, represented by Philipp Kranz and Hansjörg Lingg, to assume full execution of the liquidation. The appointed liquidators are vested with all necessary powers to ensure the proper conduct and completion of the liquidation process.

Notice Regarding the Dismissal of Ci Fund Services AG and the Appointment of Suitable Liquidators Pursuant to Art. 158(1)(h) h through i, in conjunction with Art. 56, paras. 5 and 7, of the Act of December 19, 2012, on Alternative Investment Fund Managers (AIFMG) regarding the DAMC Fund (FL‑0002.659.748–9):

By interim order dated June 26, 2026, the Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority (FMA) of Liechtenstein, pursuant to Art. 158(1)(hbis) of the AIFMG in conjunction with Art. 56(5) and (7) of the AIFMG as well as Art. 116(3)(a) of the State Administration Act (LVG), with immediate effect, removed Ci Fund Services AG as liquidator of the DAMC Funds.

To safeguard investors’ interests, the FMA has simultaneously entrusted the full execution of the liquidation of the DAMC Fund to Batliner Wanger Batliner Rechtsanwälte AG (BWB Legal), represented by Philipp Kranz and Hansjörg Lingg. The appointed liquidators are vested with all powers necessary for the proper conduct and completion of the liquidation while safeguarding investors’ interests.
