NOTICE INFORMING OF THE PUBLICATION OF THE GENERAL RULES FOR

THE REGISTRATION, ALLOCATION, FINAL DISPOSAL, AND RETIREMENT OF MOVABLE PROPERTY OF AGROASEMEX,

S.A.

Based on Article 2 of the "AGREEMENT instructing the departments and entities of the Federal Public Administration, as well as the Attorney General's Office of the Republic, to refrain from issuing regulation in the matters indicated," published in the Official Journal of the Federation on August 10, 2010, and its last reform on August 21, 2012, and considering that in the First Extraordinary Session of 2025, the Movable Property Committee positively reviewed the update of the General Rules for the Registration, Allocation, Final Disposal, and Retirement of Movable Property of AGROASEMEX, S.A., in accordance with Article 139 of the General Law of National Assets, and Article 232 of Chapter XIII of the AGREEMENT establishing the provisions on Material Resources and General Services.

Likewise, said Rules were approved by the Honorable Board of Directors of AGROASEMEX, S.A., in the One Hundred Forty-Fourth Ordinary Section held on May 29, 2025.
